Chaga - Medium Ground
I foraged this chaga from birch trees in the Manistee National Forest in the fall of 2022. It is ground to this medium to medium fine grind using a manual meat grinder, a perfect consistency for brewing in a coffee maker or in a tea bag on its own. Store in a cool, dry area.
I received my wild foraged mushroom certification through the state of Michigan (MDARD) in March of 2023.
